Lemos Farm, Half Moon Bay

Friend and fellow twin mom, Carla D., offered to take professional photographs of the kids at Lemos Farm Pumpkin Patch in Half Moon Bay. Not only is she an extremely talented photographer, but she also makes and sells skirts and dresses for toddler girls. Audrey owns one of her skirts and we can't wait to buy a dress for the holidays! Her clothes are SOOO adorable and make perfect gifts for little girls. Check out her website: www.babyjidesign.com. The pictures turned out great despite the kids being somewhat uncooperative (hence the lollipops in their mouths!) and we used two of them for our annual Halloween card. Thank you, Carla!!!

Half Moon Bay

Our second pumpkin patch visit was to Repetto's in Half Moon Bay. This was a small pumpkin patch on our way to Lemos Farm (a giant pumpkin patch!). It was fun to check out other pumpkin patches on the way. The weather was warm and beautiful. We went during the week to beat the crowds.

Let the Pumpkin Patching Begin!!

Here in the Trayer household, we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Halloween!! I think I just might enjoy it more than Christmas (shhhhh, don't tell!). For the last two years, we've been going to all the fun pumpkin patches we can find in the area. Our first trip this October season was one of our favorites: Uesugi Farms in Morgan Hill. It has everything - train rides, hay rides, pony rides, delicious food, and lots and lots of pumpkins. Including a giant pumpkin pyramid. It has been tradition to meet our good friends, the Chamberlains, the Brengards and the Kemlings, at Uesugi to celebrate Allicyn's birthday (Oct. 7th).

Friends holding hands: Audrey, Jaeden, Haley, Nathan

Birthday Party

We kicked off the month of October by celebrating Luke Allen's 2nd birthday! The kids had a blast learning some new gymnastics skills at California Kids Sports Center in Willow Glen. Happy Birthday to Luke!!

Nathan & Audrey waiting for their turn to jump on the trampoline into a giant foam pit with other birthday guests!

Nathan wasn't interested in joining the group photo. Audrey is on the far right.

September Flew By!

It feels like September came and went, just like that! We managed to stay busy and have some fun too. Here are some pictures of parties, picnics, outings and good old fashioned dress up!

Audrey & Nathan help my dad celebrate his 63rd birthday!

Twins club fall picnic at Emma Prusch Farm in San Jose. Nathan loves the tractor!

Audrey insisted on wearing a purple ballerina costume to the picnic.

What's a picnic without BBQ ribs?! These kids love food!

Singing and dancing with friends Kyla and Keira.

Audrey loves when I paint my toenails and really wanted hers done too. She calls them her "Mickey Mouse toes."

A nightime walk with dad - complete with sunglasses and strollers.

Todd spoils us occassionally and brings donuts on his way home from work Sunday mornings.

A fieldtrip to Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo with Gemini Crickets (multiples club).

Painting outside on a warm afternoon.
Yes, he did try and "paint" his tongue.

I adore this picture. Not sure how much longer Nathan will go along with Audrey's requests to dress up with her, but they both have such a good time.
